Refund policy
At PEPUCAS, we are committed to offering products of the highest quality. However, if you receive a defective item or are dissatisfied with your product for any other reason, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Return reason: In the case of defective products, returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping.
- Return period: You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
- Product condition: In any case, if a return is requested, the product must be sent back in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return process:
Send an email to pepucass@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the defect or reason for the return, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes transportation costs to our warehouse or logistics center. Cash on delivery or unpaid shipments will not be accepted.
