Shipping within Spain

Once production is completed, orders are shipped via national courier services. Estimated delivery times are between 7 and 10 business days, depending on the location.

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number.

Shipping details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is correct and complete. PEPUCAS is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order cannot be delivered for this reason and needs to be reshipped, the customer will be required to pay the shipping costs again.
